Check-In:
Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, across the street from the Temple. If you arrive after 7 PM, please go directly to the hotel for check-in.

Check-Out:
Please check out of your room by 9 AM on Sunday. Drop off your key at the hospitality room in one of the designated boxes.

Transportation Notice:
Unfortunately, there will be no transportation provided to or from the event. Please make sure to arrange your own ride before the day of the event. 

To SeaWorld:
We’ll be walking to SeaWorld, which is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance. If you have any mobility restrictions or concerns about the walk, please inform one of our volunteers, and we will arrange transportation for you.

If you indicated any dietary restrictions or mobility issues on your registration form, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us here. 

If you took a picture of your ticket when you first received your welcome pack, you should be able to show that at the front gate to have it reprinted for you. If you didn’t take a picture and have lost the ticket, unfortunately, you will not be admitted for the day. 

Your welcome pack will include:

• A printed itinerary

• A QR code to our website

• Your food voucher and SeaWorld tickets

• Wristbands (for SeaWorld)

• A wrist lanyard with a key ring (for the keychains)

• A neck lanyard with your name

• A message from us with the theme of our conference

Please be sure to take a picture of your SeaWorld voucher and ticket!

The dress code is mostly casual, with modest attire being appropriate. For Sunday meetings, men generally wear suits or sport coats and ties, while women wear modest skirts or dresses with sleeves. 

Please keep in mind that we will stay in an air-conditioned hotel and spend time at a theme park in very hot conditions. Wear comfortable, modest clothing suitable for the planned activities.

Yes, parking is included in the registration fee.

During the sacrament meeting, we’ll hear from YSAs, Elder Amato, and Elder Robinson. 

Elder Kober and Elder Garrison will lead our Come Follow Me lesson. 

For the Q&A session, Elder Robert C. Gay will be answering your questions.

The wristbands are for your lunch at SeaWorld:

• Blue Wristband: First lunch (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

• Purple Wristband: Second lunch (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
